three key principles that are at the heart of the tng fee structure

1. We believe that each TNG team member provides the same value to our clients.

2. We believe that our clients should feel that their legal fees are appropriate to the work we have been engaged to handle.

3. We believe that our clients should have billing options.

With those principles in mind, we have developed two billing models—an hourly model and a subscription model.

  • Clients can choose the traditional approach of paying for their work on a fee-for-service basis and will be billed $500 per hour regardless of which TNG team member provides the requested service. Clients will be encouraged to pay their bills monthly, but arrangements can be made, on a case-by-case basis, for payment to be made at the closing of a transaction.

  • Clients can choose the non-traditional approach of purchasing a number of hours of TNG’s time per year (minimum 100 hours). Clients who choose the Subscription Model will pay a fixed fee in advance on a monthly basis. The Subscription Model fee will be calculated by multiplying the number of hours purchased by the $500 hourly rate. Clients who choose the Subscription Model may exceed their purchased hours by up to 10% at no additional charge, and clients who fall below their purchased hours by more than 10% will receive a credit against their next year’s fees in an amount equal to 50% of the unused fees.
