about
building relationships
one transaction at a time
The NovaLaw Group (TNG) is a boutique law firm that specializes in representing owners and operators of senior living facilities as they navigate the complex regulatory environment in which they operate. Our work is focused on assisting our clients obtain the licenses and permits needed to own and operate their facilities. We are based in Seattle, Washington, but our practice is national in scope. If this sounds familiar, it is because The NovaLaw Group is the home of the senior living licensure team upon whom senior living owner and operators have relied on for many years, including since the 2009 inception of this practice by The Nathanson Group PLLC, also known as TNG. And yes, it is no coincidence that our new firm name once again carries the TNG abbreviation. Our goal is to continue the legacy of the original TNG by delivering the same quality of service our clients have come to expect, while adding a new flair or two, including greater creativity in how we structure our fees and hourly rates.
